Our Process
We evaluate your business proposition
We will examine whether your proposal fits the criteria for innovation, viability and scalability. If we believe that it does, we will then produce a due diligence document – The Global Key Investor Data Document – to support the endorsement letter. If required, we can also introduce you to our established portfolio businesses who are seeking Joint Venture opportunities with exceptionally talented global innovators.
We monitor your progress
Working with our endorsers,and the utilisation of our FCA regulated platform they will conduct appropriate monitoring of shareholder and key stakeholder reporting and communications, in accordance to Home Office regulatory requirements. In addition and with our expertise, our endorsers can also mentor and advise you, as well as providing a means to facilitate further fundraising and solutions to give your business the best chance to grow and succeed in the UK.
The UK Home Office will notified of your company's progress
In respect of the Start-up Visa, we provide reporting on your behalf – in accordance with Home Office requirements – at six, 12 and 24 months. In respect of the Innovator Visa, we provide these reports at 36 months.
Endorsements for extension of your visa or settlement is also possible.
Subject to our approval that all criteria – as mandated by the Home Office – has been met, in respect of the Innovator Visa, our endorser can endorse holders of this Visa for an extension to their stay or to settle permanently in the UK after 36 months. In respect of the Start-up Visa and again subject to our approval, after 24 months we can facilitate a switch to the Innovator Visa category.
